These terms apply when you use datum.build, including the Datum Agent. By creating an account you agree to them. Questions: hello@datum.build.
Accounts
You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure; you're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 16.
Plans and credits
- Free: unlimited chat and planning (fair use) and 3 live builds a month.
- Pro: $25 per month or $240 per year, 50 live builds a month.
- Beast Mode: $50 per month or $480 per year, 150 live builds a month.
- Extra builds cost $1 each from your credit balance. Top-ups don't expire. Monthly builds reset on the 1st of each month and don't carry over.
- Downloading the code of your builds is included on every plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep the plan until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice for existing subscriptions.
Refunds
If a paid build can't start, we open a refund request for you automatically. If a build fails or is cancelled, you can request a refund from that build in the Agent. Our team reviews every request, usually within two business days; approved refunds return the credit (or the included build) to your account. Top-ups and subscription payments are otherwise non-refundable, except where the law requires.
What you own
You own what you put in and the code the Agent builds for you, and you're free to use, change and publish it. You're responsible for checking that your content and builds are lawful and suitable for your use, including anything the AI generated.
Acceptable use
Don't use datum.build to break the law, infringe others' rights, build malware or phishing pages, harass people, generate sexual content involving minors, or overload or probe our systems. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI output
AI can make mistakes. Review builds before relying on them; automated checks help but don't guarantee correctness, security or fitness for a purpose.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Professional services
Work by the Datum team (Professionals) is covered by the quote or contract agreed for that project.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll change the date above and tell customers about important changes. Continuing to use datum.build after that means you accept them.
